Adrian Leopard was the third son of Harold Leopard who founded Rabjohns Leopard & Co, chartered accountants, in Worcester in 1945. During the 1950s, "Hal" was virtually the only insolvency practitioner in the West Midlands! All three of Hal's sons followed him into the practice and were articled to him and qualified as chartered accountants. Adrian, having qualified in 1973, joined what was then known as Whinney Murray in their national insolvency department in Chiswell Street, London where he gained his London experience undertaking insolvency work in many different parts of the country.

After London, Adrian returned to Worcester where he commenced taking insolvency appointments of all types in his own name since 1976 and therefore has considerable expertise and experience in the field. In 1988 he relocated his practice to the Channel Islands which enabled him to expand into international finance, having held a personal fiduciary licence issued by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. From his commercial and insolvency base he has assisted clients in the resolution of all sorts of commercial and insolvency disputes.

From the years 1976 to 1982 Adrian was also a member of the Worcester City Council. His other interests have included boating across the English Channel and flying, gaining an American commerical pilot's licence during the 1990s, flying his own N-registered aircraft. He is also a keen classical organist having at one time been a church organist and choirmaster.
